Building the Classic American Bungalow
New Homes inspired by the past and built for the future. Laurel Park Ventures, Inc., of Sarasota, Florida, designs and builds bungalows. With a deep respect and understanding of the "Arts and Crafts" movement during the early 1900's, we employ many of the same design elements into every project. Craftsman and Mediterranean Revival style bungalows are indicative of our desire to create homes with character that will age gracefully.
Our Bungalows
With design characteristics such as broad open porches, metal roofs with deep overhangs and exposed rafter tails, grouped windows with a variety of upper muntin patterns, expressive trim and ornamental gable end brackets, the Florida Craftsmen Bungalow is enjoying a resurgence.
